I worked within the given the budget and was able to choose paint colors for the walls and all wood work, tile(color, grout, and layout), granite, carpet, light fixtures, stain colors, cabinet and drawer pulls, and faucets. I worked with the carpenter to design my mantle, beams, wood paneling above our front entry, farmhouse sliding doors, trim and moulding style, all closets and pantry layouts, and exterior shutters. I choose the style, amount of distressing, and the stain on our beams, shutters, and doors.

The exterior bricks were already ordered, luckily I loved the color. I was able to choose the colors for the rest of the exterior. The stucco on the front wall, the front door, the trim, siding above garage, and shutters!
